RTFM-6-5000 5 Litre Liquid Filling Machine is designed for various kinds of liquid and cream, and it adopts one to one photoelectric detection eye, and the machine accuracy rate is more than 99.98%, higher than the industry standard. The machine speed can up to 20-35 bottles per minute/2000pcs per hour. It is the latest generation innovative product of Rito machinery. It applies modular design of the filling trough, servo motor, and precise continuous screw mechanism.
The filling photoelectric adopts one-to-one independent control, which has higher precision, faster speed and more stable operation. It can pack all kinds of liquid and cream (water,shampoo, hair gel, body lotion, engine oil, lubricating oil, edible oil, etc.) in the range of 500-5000 ml. This machine can be connected with bottle unscrambler, capping machine, aluminum foil sealing machine and labeling machine.
Main features:
1. All stainless steel, servo motor control, filling volume and filling speed adjustment are directly controlled on the touch screen.
2. Contact with materials are made of stainless steel, simple disassembly, easy cleaning, simple maintenance, meet the requirements of food hygiene;
3. 5 Litre Liquid Filling Machine has the function of bottle pouring and no filling without bottle, so it doesn't need to worry about empty bottle.
4. Changing bottles of different shapes and specifications, without changing accessories, just simple adjustment, strong versatility;
5. The filling nozzle is equipped with anti dripping device to ensure no wire drawing and no dripping.
6. The machine is equipped with a 250 kg feeding cylinder and an automatic feeding device.
