12-Head Automatic Anti-Corrosion Filling Machine

 

The 12-Head Anti-Corrosion Filling Machine is designed for high-efficiency filling of corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, pesticides, and water treatment chemicals.

 

Equipped with 12 filling nozzles, the machine can fill multiple bottles at the same time to improve production capacity. The machine body is mainly made of PP corrosion-resistant material, while key liquid-contact parts can use corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE.

 

The machine can be equipped with touch screen control, independent filling time adjustment, lifting filling nozzles, anti-drip design, and conveyor system. It is widely used in the chemical, daily chemical, agricultural chemical, and water treatment industries.
