Detailed Product Description:
The automatic filling machine operates based on the plunger-type quantitative filling principle. The entire process-including bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and bottle discharge-is fully automated and controlled by a PLC system, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
At the filling station, bottles move continuously along the conveyor without stopping. To accommodate this non-stop movement, the tracking filling mechanism performs four coordinated functional actions:
- Tracking Descent: The filling nozzle follows the bottle's horizontal movement while descending into the bottle mouth.
- Tracking Filling: During the filling process, the nozzle continues to move synchronously with the bottle to maintain precise filling.
- Rapid Rise: After filling, the nozzle quickly lifts while disengaging from the bottle.
- Rapid Return: The nozzle returns to its original position to prepare for the next bottle.
Each of these four functional actions is composed of two components: horizontal tracking motion that synchronizes with the bottle's movement along the conveyor, and vertical lifting motion that controls the nozzle's descent and ascent. Together, these actions form a continuous motion cycle, enabling high-speed, accurate, and stable filling without stopping the production line.
