If the photoelectric indicator light can not be turned on, it is necessary to check whether the photoelectric related circuit of the lower submergence limit is normal. If the circuit is normal, it means that the photoelectric has been damaged, and it needs to be replaced.
2. Servo motor does not work
Check whether there is tooth skipping in the synchronous belt on the servo motor side; Check whether the lead screw on the upper side of the servo motor is abnormal. Check whether the servo driver has abnormal alarm. When the alarm code of the servo driver is related to the encoder, check whether the line connecting the servo driver to the encoder is loose or falls off. If the line is normal and the relevant alarm on the servo driver has not been removed, it means that the hardware is faulty (such as encoder fault, servo driver interface damage, etc.).
