Insert nozzle. Servo pump. ±1% accuracy.

1. 6 stations; servo motor drives circular chain for intermittent movement, 14 fixtures move equidistantly.
2. After automatic bottle feeding, filling starts only when the sensor detects bottles; capping starts only when the sensor detects capped bottles.
3. Insert-type filling nozzle (air cylinder driven) to avoid material dripping; servo-driven magnetic gear pump for metering, filling accuracy ±1%.
4. Equipped with vibratory bowl cap feeder to convey caps to the capping track.
5. Servo three-jaw capping, adjustable torque.
6. Material-contacting parts are made of high-quality stainless steel and silicone hoses; quick-change devices for easy cleaning.
7. Heated and insulated hopper can be customized for materials requiring heating and heat preservation.
