1、 Product Introduction

This automatic Ointment Filling Machine is a new type of machine designed by many designers of our company on the basis of absorbing the characteristics of several famous brand filling machines at home and abroad, combining with our company's many years of experience in producing filling series products. More than 75% parts of the whole machine are made of high-quality stainless steel, with beautiful and generous shape. The control system adopts imported electrical components, the working procedure adopts touch screen control, and the operation method is simple and convenient. Most of the transmission parts are controlled by high-quality and precise pneumatic components, with the characteristics of stable performance, safe and reliable operation, accurate measurement and so on. It can be used for filling all kinds of vegetable oil, machine mineral oil, detergent and other fluids with high viscosity, as well as drinks, drugs and other liquids without viscosity. This machine is suitable for glass bottles, plastic buckets and metal containers of various shapes and specifications, and can meet the requirements of users to use different containers to achieve accurate filling.

2、 Characteristics

This Ointment Filling Machine adopts variable frequency motor, PLC and touch screen to control the filling volume adjustment system. Using the forward and reverse rotation of the motor to adjust the filling volume, the operation is convenient, fast and accurate.

The container positioning system is pneumatically operated. Customers can adjust the containers according to different specifications and shapes. The method is simple and the positioning is accurate to ensure the correct filling.

The anti dripping system is controlled by air cylinder. While blocking the filling nozzle, it also adopts the recovery device of leakage tank to further cut off the dripping phenomenon.

It  is composed of a precise material cylinder and a novel check valve. The cylinder is used to control its action, which further improves the filling efficiency and the accuracy of filling volume.

It is a self-priming pressure type filling machine, which has no special requirements for the user's storage tank. It adopts a window type liquid tank and is equipped with an automatic liquid level controller, which not only solves the overflow phenomenon of other types of storage tanks, but also keeps the liquid level at the same height all the time, thus greatly ensuring the stability of the pressure.
