1.Multi-Station Rotary Structure
The machine is equipped with 6 working stations driven by a servo motor. Fourteen tube holders move intermittently along the rotary chain to ensure stable and efficient production.
2.Automatic Tube Orientation
After automatic tube loading, the machine performs precise tube alignment using a servo positioning system to ensure accurate sealing and coding.
3.Insert-Type Filling Nozzle
The filling nozzle inserts into the tube during filling to prevent dripping. A lifting cylinder controls the filling movement for clean and accurate filling.
4.Ultrasonic Sealing System
The ultrasonic welding technology ensures strong and reliable sealing. Compared with traditional external heating methods, ultrasonic sealing improves sealing strength and overall packaging quality.
5.Automatic Coding and Tail Cutting
Sealing, coding, trimming, and product ejection are automatically completed through a pneumatic reciprocating mechanism.

Once filling is completed, sealing, coding, trimming, and product ejection are performed simultaneously during the machine rotation process, ensuring continuous and efficient production.

Working Process

Tube Loading into Magazine
Empty tubes are manually arranged and placed into the tube magazine, where they are prepared for the automatic feeding process.

The machine automatically picks up tubes from the magazine and transfers them to the tube holders, ensuring continuous and stable production.

Automatic Filling
The filling nozzle inserts into the tube to perform accurate filling, effectively preventing dripping and ensuring clean and precise filling.

Automatic Tube Sealing
The ultrasonic sealing system seals the tube tail firmly, creating a strong, clean, and aesthetically pleasing seal.

Automatic Tail Trimming

The completed tubes are automatically ejected from the machine and collected as finished products, ready for the next packaging process.
