Due to the particularity of the use environment of the liquid filling machine equipment, the structure of the metal itself is easy to be corroded. In order to reduce the equipment damage caused by corrosion, the anti-corrosion treatment that we should do in the design, production and later use includes:
Material selection. Most of the mechanical equipment materials used in the manufacturing industry are carbon steel. The price of this kind of steel is low, and it is convenient to purchase and process. Such steel used in the ordinary working environment, will not have a greater corrosion, the use of mechanical equipment, will not cause greater harm. But if it is used in the enterprise, its working environment may cause more serious erosion.
Structure and technology. If the aggregate shape design of mechanical components is too complex or unreasonable, it may cause defects such as thermal stress, dust accumulation, mechanical stress and liquid accumulation, and then lead to local corrosion of loading and unloading. Therefore, the structural design should be comprehensively considered from the perspective of anti-corrosion.
Corrosion inhibitor. Corrosion inhibitor is a kind of chemical substance which can significantly reduce the corrosion rate of metal and has little effect on the concentration of corrosion inhibitor by adding appropriate concentration to the corrosion inhibition system. The amount of corrosion inhibitor is very small. Although it can not change the corrosion tendency of metal in the medium, it can form a protective film on the surface of metal, so as to slow down the corrosion rate of metal and reduce the corrosion of metal.
