Our automatic piston liquid filling machine adopts the principle of plunger quantitative filling, and the bottle feeding, positioning, filling and bottle discharging are automatically controlled by PLC, which meets the GMP standard. It is suitable for liquid paste filling of medicine, food, daily chemical, pesticide and fine chemical industry. In the filling station of the piston liquid filling machine, because the bottle body is continuously transported forward, the tracking filling parts are required to realize four functional actions, i.e. tracking down and inserting into the bottle mouth, tracking filling, fast rising and fast returning. Each functional action can be divided into horizontal tracking movement and vertical lifting movement, and the four functional actions constitute a movement cycle.
