Powered by dual servo magnetic gear pumps, the machine delivers precise quantitative filling with stable, consistent performance. Caps are automatically oriented by a vibratory bowl feeder and delivered smoothly through the cap track, while the servo-driven claw capping head ensures accurate, adjustable torque on every cap.
Built with a SUS304 stainless-steel frame and a user-friendly touchscreen PLC control system, the machine runs with dual filling and dual capping - engineered for reliable, continuous pouch filling and capping production.
